Job Description:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with the day-to-day operations in our warehouse. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform various tasks, including but not limited to receiving, sorting, and shipping inventory, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude are key to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping.
• Sort and organize inventory for easy access.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Forklift certification (preferred, but not required—training available).
