· Billing, A/R, A/P, and GL management and entries

· Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

· Support month-end and year-end close processes

· Manage local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings

· Document business processes and policies to maintain internal controls

· Some administrative duties such as petty cash resolution and more

Requirements

What you can bring to us:

· Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.

· Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.

· Proficient with accounting software.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite inclusive of Excel and Quickbooks or other financial software.

· A degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration is preferred.

· Two years of accounting experience required.
