Compensation Range: $105,000 – $115,000 base salary annual incentive eligibility

Job Description:
Seeking a highly organized and hands-on Project Manager to lead complex telecom and network infrastructure deployment initiatives for large-scale client programs. This role will oversee physical network builds, server/network hardware deployments, and multi-phase technical projects in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale telecom and network engineering projects from initiation through delivery
• Oversee physical network deployments and server/network hardware implementation efforts
• Maintain and drive multiple project plans simultaneously across technical workstreams
• Track budgets, billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for multi-phase programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, engineers, and external stakeholders
• Lead customer-facing project meetings and provide executive-level status updates
• Ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables remain on track
• Utilize PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, and Jira
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and escalation items

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 5–10 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects
  • Experience within telecom or network infrastructure environments
  • Background overseeing physical network builds or server/network hardware deployments
  • Strong experience managing timeline-driven deployment projects
  • Experience managing large-scale project budgets ($10MM–$20MM phases preferred)
  • Experience handling billing, invoicing, and financial tracking responsibilities
  • Hands-on PM mindset with the ability to actively drive project execution
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Jira
  • Bachelor's degree required unless offset by significant industry experience
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • PMP certification
  • Experience supporting government, utility, or highly regulated environments
  • Background with legacy telecom providers or large telecom organizations
  • Experience supporting hyperscale or enterprise infrastructure programs
  • MPLS or advanced telecom networking exposure
