Commercial Plumbing Foreman (LICENSED ONLY)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the position of Plumbing Foreman for commercial new construction projects. This role is essential in overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Duties Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and budgeting.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance according to OSHA standards.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
Prepare detailed construction estimates and manage project costs effectively.
Supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards of workmanship. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of project scheduling and budgeting.
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites.
Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and contracts related to construction projects.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Strong analytical skills for construction estimating and budget management.
Previous experience in a construction site environment is preferred.
