Machine Operator - 1st Shift
Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a skilled Machine Operator to run and maintain our advanced production systems. If you enjoy working with machinery, ensuring product quality, and being part of a team that values safety and precision—this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain multiple production line systems.
- Check materials to ensure they’re ready for processing.
- Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adjust settings using touch screen controls.
- Track inventory, complete production documentation, and enter data accurately.
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery.
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting 50-75 lbs . PPE provided.
