Occupational Therapy (POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS AND SURROUNDING AREAS)

Job Summary: Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapists for full-time positions in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas, specifically in Missouri City. The Occupational Therapist will work as an individual contributor to provide high-quality, client-centered care to patients in their homes. This position requires a strong commitment to promoting independence and improving daily function for individuals with physical or mental disabilities. • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the functional needs of clients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs
• Provide therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and home modifications, to improve mobility, strength, and motor skills
• Train and educate clients and their families on proper techniques for day-to-day activities and tasks
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and liaise with insurance companies to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a similar setting, preferably home health care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within designated service areas
