Compensation Range: $40-44/hr W2

Job Description:
Support the procurement team by reviewing, negotiating, and managing high-volume vendor contracts while collaborating cross-functionally across legal, compliance, and sourcing teams.
This role supports a growing procurement function that requires additional bandwidth for high-volume contract review and negotiation. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a less structured environment while collaborating across multiple teams. Strong communicators with a foundation in contract negotiation and eagerness to learn will succeed here.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate vendor and commercial contracts
• Manage a high volume of contract requests in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, security, privacy, and compliance teams
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Utilize contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools for contract processing
• Participate in meetings and communications across various teams
• Contribute to improving evolving procurement processes

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 1–3 years (junior) of contract negotiation experience
  • Experience with procurement or vendor/commercial contract negotiation (non-sales)
  • Exposure to contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Ironclad, Zip, Certa, or similar)
  • Experience negotiating contracts within large organizations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Willingness to learn and leverage AI tools (prompting, reporting, etc.)
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or paralegal background
  • Experience with data privacy, data security, infrastructure, or data center agreements
  • Background in high-growth or scaling procurement environments
