Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Loan Processor, you will play a key role in supporting our lending operations. You will be responsible for processing and coordinating residential and commercial real estate loan files from application through closing. This includes gathering and verifying financial documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and communicating with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to ensure an efficient and smooth loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect and verify borrower documentation including income, assets, credit, and property information.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, appraisers, and title companies throughout the loan process.
• Prepare and submit complete loan files for underwriting approval.
• Monitor loan pipelines to ensure deadlines are met and closing dates are achieved.
• Maintain compliance with all banking, federal, and state lending regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and internal team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a loan processor, preferably in real estate lending.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
