A State Farm Insurance Agency located in Round Rock, TX is hiring a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Representative. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
• Respond to inquiries about insurance products, claims, billing, and coverage
• Support Sales Team with scheduling appointments, and make outbound follow-up calls
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims support
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and build client loyalty
• Promote and cross-sell State Farm insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and life insurance

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license (or willing to obtain it)
• Life & Health License (or willing to obtain it)
• Bilingual; Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Customer Service skills along with ability to sale insurance products
• Successful track record of meeting Customer Service & sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, listening and like working with customers
• Self-motivated and willing to be accountable to office goals
• Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task
