Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
• Respond to inquiries about insurance products, claims, billing, and coverage
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and make outbound follow-up calls
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims support
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and build client loyalty
• Promote and cross-sell State Farm insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and life insurance

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license
• Life & Health License (willing to obtain)
• Bilingual; Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Life & Health license preferred or willing to obtain
• Customer Service and willingness to sale insurance products
• Successful track record of meeting Customer Service & sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated and be accountable to office
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customers
