Maintenance Associate

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Associate to support the upkeep and daily operations of Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco, TX with $12/hr pay for a 6 months contract (temp to hire opportunity) . This role is hands-on and outdoors, focused on maintaining cemetery grounds, assisting with site preparation, and operating equipment as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoys working as part of a team. APPLY NOW!

 Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 5:00PM) Sometimes weekends.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and clean cemetery grounds to ensure a respectful and well-kept environment
• Assist with opening and closing graves and setting up required equipment
• Trim trees, maintain landscaping, and perform general groundskeeping duties
• Operate heavy equipment within the cemetery (tractor and backhoe preferred)
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks
• Attend and complete company-provided training
• Be available to work some weekends and holidays as required

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to operate heavy equipment within the cemetery (training provided)
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Team-oriented attitude with strong reliability and work ethic
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions
