Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician - Property Management

Location: Rosharon, TX 77583

Pay: $22- $23/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Type: Contract‑to‑Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and perform general apartment repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Type II or Universal required)
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Required Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Ability to use hand and power tools (personal tools required)
• Strong knowledge of common apartment maintenance repairs
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable
