In this role, you'll specialize in diagnosing and repairing air conditioning and climate control systems in a variety of Lincoln and Ford vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking to expand their expertise in A/C systems and be part of a high-performing, supportive team. Job Type & Schedule: * Full-time * Flag Rate Pay Structure * Monday – Friday * Occasional Saturdays depending on shop needs Responsibilities: * Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle A/C and climate control systems * Perform inspections and identify issues related to HVAC performance * Recharge systems with refrigerant, replace compressors, evaporators, and other A/C components * Communicate with service advisors about customer concerns and recommended repairs * Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed * Ensure work is completed efficiently and up to dealership and manufacturer standards * Keep a clean and organized work area * Stay updated on industry advancements and manufacturer training Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * ASE certification(s) in HVAC systems preferred * 2+ years of experience working with automotive A/C systems required * Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * Proficient with A/C repair tools and equipment * Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Join Bayway Lincoln? * Team-focused and family-like culture * Opportunities for training and career advancement * State-of-the-art service facility * Work with premium Lincoln vehicles and advanced technology * Competitive flat rate compensation structure Benefits: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with employer match * Paid time off and holidays * Paid training and certifications * Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts * Tool assistance programs * No Sunday work!
