Bar Manager
STIRR is truly an approachable neighborhood restaurant and bar, suitable for all of life’s gatherings; a business lunch, a happy hour cocktail, an intimate meal or a relaxed place to eat and unwind with friends on our rooftop patio, while enjoying stunning views. The Bar Manager oversees all Bar operations at a restaurant. This individual shapes a client’s experience by maintaining the bar's appearance, hiring and training Bartenders, and ensuring excellent customer service. Job Duties • Interview and hire for a restaurant’s bar staff. Ability to develop a specialized hiring process to meet a restaurant’s needs.
- Manage the training of the bartenders
- Supervise Upkeep of Guest Areas by directing staff to attend to
- Training experience to lead staff onboarding
- Leadership skills to keep staff on task, motivated, and focused.
- Conflict resolution skills to manage staff conflicts and
- Training or Experience with Bartending
- Strong Communication Skills
