Human Resources Personnel
```Duties```:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Oversee and manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to retirement- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees- Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions- Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with employees- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including proper recordkeeping and reporting- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
```Qualifications```:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and techniques- Experience in benefits administration and managing employee relations issues- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
