What You'll Do

• Identify, qualify, and develop new client relationships
• Diagnose business and technical challenges
• Lead and support proposal development and presentations
• Secure contracts and grow long term accounts
• Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Collaborate internally to clearly communicate our value proposition
• Stay organized and accountable in managing your territory

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (preferred)
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (service based preferred)
• Construction or industrial experience is a plus—but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (based on experience & education)
