Manager of Physician Compensation
To provide leadership to the Physician Compensation team to meet the needs of the organization. To manage operations and administration of the compensation strategies, philosophies and goals of Texas Children's including compensation models for physicians. To provide guidance to the design of competitive compensation programs, organizational structure, job design/evaluation, and salary administration. To manage challenging, complex compensation and productivity related projects, a variety of variable pay program designs and documentation and administration of legally compliant and market driven pay structures that rewards exceptional performance.
