What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial VRF HVAC systems
- Provide exceptional customer communication and confidence at every step
- Manage parts orders, documentation, and ensure timely project completion
- Mentor and support junior technicians
- Lead VRF remediation and system improvement efforts
- Collaborate with the service team on performance strategies and solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, diagnostics, and controls
- VRF experience is a huge plus—if you’re motivated to learn, we’ll train you
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous learning
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
