Position Overview

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services in a hospital-based setting
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one, patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR/EHR system

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas
• New grads and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply
