We are seeking high-energy, influential networkers to join our team as Regional Growth Managers. This role is designed for "Master Connectors": individuals who excel at navigating social circles, affinity groups, and online communities to identify and attract potential Investor-Purchasers to the world’s #1 Investor-Purchaser program for our groundbreaking opportunity.
THE MISSION: STRATEGIC NETWORKING & INFLUENCE
Your mission is to spark interest and drive attendance to our Founder-led executive presentations. You are the bridge between untapped communities and the SCDC path to financial freedom. This is an attraction-based role that rewards those who can move people to action through authentic connection and influence.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Active Networking: Identify and engage with high-potential individuals within affinity groups, professional associations, and social media communities.
- The Art of the Invitation: Use your social influence to share the SCDC mission and opportunity to drive quality attendance to our executive briefings.
- Full Invitation Tracking: You are responsible for tracking your invites from the initial point of contact through their attendance and post-presentation engagement to ensure a seamless transition.
- Provide Concierge-Style Support: Take care of your invitees in a concierge fashion, ensuring they are fully prepared to join the presentation and feel supported throughout the process.
- Focus on Connection: You are not required to answer technical, financial, or real estate questions. All complex inquiries are handled directly by our Founder during Q&A or through our provided resources.
- Presentation Commitment: Attend at least one presentation per week to support your invited guests (Wednesdays at 7:30 PM Central time AND/OR Saturdays at 2:00 PM Central time).
COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS
- W2 Position | 100% Commission-Based (No Base Salary)
- Uncapped Commissions with clear 6- and 7-figure potential.

- Professional Flexibility: You may maintain your existing job or business obligations. The primary requirement is your ability to consistently invite guests, track their progress, and attend at least one presentation per week.
- Elite Access: You are eligible for unlimited attendance at our daily Q&A sessions with our Founder. This provides you with an unparalleled opportunity to master our company vision, understand the intricacies of our offering, and gain direct mentorship from a leader in the field.
- Minimal Tech Requirements: You must have an internet-enabled phone (computer preferred but not required).
- Work Authorization: You must have unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.
- Location: Even though the role is remote, you must be physically present in the United States of America.
REQUIREMENTS: WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- The Master Connector: You possess a massive, warm network and a proven ability to navigate social media, affinity groups, and in-person events. You understand that "Spamming" or mass-texting is a violation of our brand integrity; instead, you build real relationships through LinkedIn, Facebook (and/or your preferred social media networks) and personal connections without resorting to high-pressure tactics.
- The Elite Communicator: You can articulate the "Why" behind the SCDC mission with clarity and passion. You are comfortable building rapport within diverse communities and influencing others through authentic, high-value interaction
- The Concierge Mindset: You prioritize "taking care of the person." You are dedicated to ensuring a seamless, high-end guest experience for every individual you invite, from the initial connection to the final briefing.
- The Accountable Self-Starter: You are a disciplined professional who wants the freedom of a commission-driven income. You take full ownership of tracking your invitation pipeline and managing guest follow-ups.
- The Dedicated Partner: You must attend a minimum of one of our two mandatory weekly presentations to support your guests (Wednesdays at 7:30 PM Central time and/or Saturdays at 2:00 PM Central time). (add text that mentions that preferably they should join both to learn faster, etc.)
