About the Job

We are seeking an Associate Technical Producer to join our Production Department and contribute directly to the creative backbone of the Aphmau universe. You’ll collaborate with a small team of Technical Producers to actualize mod concepts using Java , CommandHelper , and similar tools, bringing imaginative Minecraft content to life.

This role is ideal for a Junior Java Developer eager to grow their technical skills while building tools and managing resources behind high-volume production that captivates millions.

What You'll Do

• Develop innovative tools and mods to enhance production workflows.


• Customize existing Minecraft resources to meet evolving project needs.


• Identify and resolve technical issues before recording sessions.


• Adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.


• Embrace and incorporate constructive feedback for continuous improvement.


• Coordinate across departments to meet production timelines and project scopes.


• Demonstrate curiosity and commitment to improving your coding craft.


• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Deep understanding of the Minecraft platform and game mechanics.


• Prior experience developing Minecraft mods.


• Proficiency in Java and tools like CommandHelper (or similar).


• Ability to work independently and within a small collaborative team.


• Strong, timely communication skills.


• A positive, team-oriented attitude and respect for collaborative environments.


• Flexibility to be available on weekends for support if needed.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment and pivot quickly as priorities shift.
