Position : CDL Class B Driver
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Rate: $29/hr
Schedule: Up to 12 hours per day; weekend work required as needed based on workload
Scope of Work: Safely and efficiently operate concrete mixers supporting the I‑35 expansion project.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Attend daily safety meetings.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule based on project needs, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 12 months of relevant driving experience in the construction industry.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Thorough operational knowledge and experience operating concrete mixer trucks.
• Experience with off‑highway driving on active construction sites.
• Must pass DOT pre‑employment drug screen, criminal background check, and TXDOT physical.
• Strict adherence to company, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Valid, current State-issued Class B driver’s license.
• Knowledge of and adherence to DOT rules and regulations.
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must meet company and DOT standards.
