Who we are looking for:

The Builder Forward Specialist is responsible for pricing, committing, tracking and billing builder forward commitments. This position also serves as point of contact for the branches and JV’s for all things related to builder forward commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Price and commit builder forward commitments.
2. Invoice and track payments for commitments.
3. Maintain forward commitment data in QRM for the hedge.
4. Provide reporting for Secondary, Capital Markets, and the branches/JVs.
5. Price, execute, and invoice for extensions on the commitment level.
6. Assist branches/JVs in maintaining their commitments through loan moves, extensions, and pair offs.
7. Track and bill commitment overages.
8. Engage with branches/JVs to provide support for builder relationships.
9. Improve efficiencies in the various processes associated with the position.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• 2 years prior experience in Secondary Marketing or Mortgage Capital Markets.
• Prior experience with builder forwards preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft products; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
• Organized with good problem-solving, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail
