Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description:
The Desktop Support Engineer at Lehman Website Design and Marketing will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems, software, and hardware. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems and a passion for customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and software
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware and software issues
- Ensure all desktop systems are up to date with security patches and software updates
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve network and connectivity issues
- Create documentation and training materials for end users
- Manage and prioritize help desk tickets
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT role
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
- Familiarity with web design and digital marketing concepts
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $56,000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $176,000 per year
- Currency: USD
