Your New Role

• Lead HVAC projects and residential service work in Carrollton, TX

• Take the lead on service and maintenance calls, setting the standard for quality and professionalism

• Handle 2 to 4 residential HVAC service calls per day with efficiency and confidence

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance to improve system performance and customer comfort

• Provide leadership on job sites while collaborating with teammates to get the job done right

• Deliver excellent customer service while recommending solutions based on strong technical judgment

• Maintain accurate service documentation and follow company processes

• EPA Refrigerant Certification required

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds consistently

• Willingness to submit to background check and drug testing

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Carrollton, TX 75007
