We are seeking an experienced Infor HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Houston. As a key player in our consulting division, you will work closely with clients to implement, customize, and enhance their Infor HCM environments, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of clients' HCM needs and recommend appropriate Infor solutions.
• Implement and configure Infor HCM software to align with business requirements.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients regarding HCM functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM systems.
• Analyze data and generate reports to track HCM performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Infor software enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Develop documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve user engagement and system utilization.
• Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience with Infor HCM software implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HCM best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
• Certifications in HCM systems or project management are a plus.
