Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end MES implementation, from planning through deployment. Define and manage project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resources. Develop and maintain project artifacts including charters, integrated schedules, risk/communication/stakeholder plans. Ensure adherence to governance processes, change control, and project gates. Monitor performance, manage risks/issues, and adjust strategies to ensure delivery. Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to maintain alignment and satisfaction. Deliver regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Coach and mentor team members in project management best practices. Experience Required ~7–10 years of senior project management experience using the PMI framework. ~ Proven success managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams. ~ Experience in medical devices or other GxP-regulated industries preferred. ~ Strong background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Sterilization projects. ~ Skilled in managing projects using the traditional/Waterfall SDLC approach. ~ Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint. ~ Comfortable handling complex, integrated project schedules and financials. Skills & Certifications Expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery across domains. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Leadership presence with the ability to influence and motivate teams. High adaptability, empathy, accountability, and decision-making ability. Effective at leading workshops and facilitating decision-making sessions. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Eligibilities & qualifications Must-Haves: PMP or other PMI certification. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience with MES in medical device or regulated industry (GxP).
