JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must have Associate or Bachelor of Arts Degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education and 3+ years of experience working in a child care center.
• Must be proficient in Computers, Microsoft Office products, and familiar with different Social Media platforms.
• Preferred Candidate with experience in sales, marketing, communication, and management experience in Franchise or Corporate Child Care centers.
• Candidate must meet state minimum requirements for education and experience and clear all background check without any condition from Texas Department of Families and Protective Services.
• Must able to lift 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday to at least chest high
• Maintains CPR and First Aid Certification and Transportation Training as required by state or local regulations.
• Must be available to work anytime between 6:00AM to 7:00PM Monday through Friday and evening and weekend events time to time as necessary.

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists management teams in daily activities throughout the center in daily operation include assisting or teaching in the classroom, greeting customers, monitoring entry, taking phone call, touring center, filing, recording keeping and account receivable.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist management team in daily operation.
• Perform inventory and organizing of resources.
• Taking incoming customer call and assist with customer need, manage CRM and conduct tour.
• Assist with data entry and various projects as assigned.
• Record keeping and filing.
• Ensures that all classroom and outdoor equipment are in good working condition and are used and maintained properly.
• Drive Kiddie Academy Vehicle, and transport children to elementary schools or field trips as necessary.
• Responsible for attending staff meeting, workshops, conferences, and in-service training.
• Accepts temporary work assignments in the event regularly scheduled personnel are not available; for example, takes full responsibility for the classroom in the absence of the classroom teacher, or may write, submit, and implement a weekly lesson plan.
