Business Controller FREM
- Deliver financial analysis, insights, and management reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Support the annual budget, forecasting, and 3-year planning processes, including financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Control all FREM expenses and investments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting policies.
- Actively drive FREM teams do deliver financial performance and productivity initiatives.
- Prepare and follow up on investment business cases and benefit realization.
- Act as liaison between FREM, Finance, collaborators, and business units
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and simplification using group tools and benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS16, segregation of duties, and Tetra Pak reporting guidelines.
- Share best practices and collaborate with other controllers and finance teams.
- We are looking for a professional with 3–5 years of proven experience in finance. Exposure to global or regional roles is a strong advantage. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is required, while a master’s degree is considered a plus.
