Material Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Material Coordinator to support warehouse and operations activities in Odessa, TX. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates looking to build experience in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Assignment Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (11-hour shifts)
- On-Call: Required every 3–4 weeks
- Work Type: 100% Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials and goods
- Maintain proper storage, handling, and tracking of inventory
- Perform inventory control activities to ensure accuracy
- Use handheld scanners and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Support shipping, receiving, and stock management
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping
- Assist with loading/unloading materials
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level role – no prior experience required
- 1+ year warehouse/operations experience preferred
- Forklift or lift truck experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
