Billing Transactions Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely volumetric billing and reporting for energy products by managing customer usage, reconciling data issues, ensuring compliance with market rules and tariffs, and performing complex analyses of pricing and market data to support pricing structures and identifying cost impacts for stakeholders.
- Key responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, tracking key metrics, collaborating with various departments and external partners, and preparing analytical reports and presentations on energy usage and forecasting.
Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate environment (retail utility industry would be a plus)
- Experience with advanced excel VLOOKUP, pivot table and Excel
- Retail energy background experience is preferred
- Experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce experience would be a plus)
- Someone with technical background specialty in SQL
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
