We are currently hiring Powder Coating Technicians to join our team
Pay Rate:
$17-$19
Job Posting:
- Position: Powder Coating Technician
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Pay: $16
Shift Schedules:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5am-3:30pm
- 3rd shift | Mon-Fri.| 9pm-5am ( will be in first shift training)
Job Responsibilities:
- Apply powder coating to metal parts per specifications
- Prepare parts for coating, including hanging and inspection
- Monitor coating quality and thickness
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and production standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of powder coating experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work in a shop environment with noise, dust, odors, and chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and quality
