Your New Role

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll take the lead in:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems and equipment

• Diagnosing issues and delivering effective, high-quality solutions

• Educating customers on products and services to ensure long-term satisfaction

• Coordinating part orders, system upgrades, and replacements as needed

• Following all company and safety standards to deliver reliable, top-tier service

• Experience : Minimum of 2 years in residential plumbing service

• Licensing : Active Tradesman or Journeyman license preferred; apprentices with at least 2 years of hands-on field experience also welcome

• Work Ethic : Motivated to work within a performance-based compensation structure

• Driving & Background : Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the United States
