Warehouse Clerk Inbound & Outbound
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Clerk who excels in both inbound and outbound communications. This position requires a technology-savvy individual proficient in multitasking and capable of taking the initiative in a dynamic warehouse environment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual and demonstrate excellent attendance. Flexibility to work on weekends and nights is essential to meet our operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely deliveries and pickups
- Assist in the referral of customer inquiries and requests related to order fulfillment
- Perform regular stock checks and assist in data entry and reporting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
- Work closely with team members to optimize workflow and ensure operational efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Check in Drivers
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Excellent attendance record
- WMS & YMS
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience with inventory management software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse machinery
- Experience in a bilingual customer service role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices
