Now Hiring: Direct Care Staff – IDD Clients (Full Support & 24-Hour Monitoring)

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Care Staff to provide full-time support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) who require complete care and 24-hour supervision in a residential HCS group home.

Schedule Options:

• Day, Evening, and Weekend Shifts Available

• Immediate Need: Weekend 7 AM – 7 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide total assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and feeding

• Monitor and support clients around the clock to ensure health and safety

• Administer medications and document care in Therap system

• Assist with mobility, toileting, and transfers for non-ambulatory clients

• Support behavioral needs with patience and professionalism

• Maintain a clean and safe home environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience working with individuals with IDD or complex care needs preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clear background check

• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain upon hire)

• Dependability, compassion, and strong observation/documentation skills
