Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Ottine, TX

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Ottine, Texas. This is a meaningful opportunity to support K12 students by helping them develop essential communication skills that contribute to both academic achievement and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students speech, language, voice, and fluency needs

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student communication progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input on student performance and goals

• Maintain accurate, organized, and timely documentation in line with district and state standards

• Offer consultative support to classroom teachers to promote skill generalization across settings

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

• Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
