We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team in an Industrial Administrative Support position. In this role, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by supporting dispatch, inventory, data entry, customer accounts, and a bit of marketing. What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch Coordination:
  • Enter new jobs into the dispatch system and support ongoing scheduling needs.
  • Coordinate off-cycle runs and urgent dispatch requests with the Dispatch Manager.
  • Arrange and schedule trucks with third-party haulers as required.
  • Assist with data entry for new customers and assets.
• Bin & Asset Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of company assets (bins, containers, equipment).
  • Monitor asset utilization and customer allocations to support operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the Buyer to review profitability and asset usage.
  • Coordinate equipment orders and inventory replenishment with vendors.
• Operating System & Data Administration:
  • Use the company’s operating system to support daily operations, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Update and maintain customer/dealer information such as addresses, billing terms, and contacts.
  • Manage dealer profiles within the Geomet Portal and provide support for account access and portal functionality.
• Industrial Settlements Support:
  • Export system data for buyer settlement processes.
  • Enter and validate data in buyer spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile settlement information and prepare purchase tickets for management review.
• Marketing & Outreach Support (PS & Gutters):
  • Plan and support marketing events for buyers and community engagement activities.
  • Research and compile leads for potential metal purchase opportunities.
  • Manage customer portals and send required documentation to dealers.
  • Assist with execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous administrative or industrial support experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with systems such as ReMatter, ROM, or HubSpot is an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
