The Role:

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact with Ownwell customers and become a mini-expert in real estate and property taxation. We'll rely on your efforts to build trust and inspire confidence in homeowners and real estate investors alike as they contact us by phone, email, and chat to learn more about how we can help improve their real estate ownership experience and reduce their costs of ownership. You'll work with the rest of the Customer Care team to fulfill our commitment to providing unrivaled customer service.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat

  • Troubleshoot technical and customer service-related issues quickly and effectively

  • Handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and operational issues

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions

  • Payment and Invoice Processing


Requirements:



  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus

  • Spanish a plus
