HR Advisor

:

Analyzes HR systems, provide business/statistical analysis, and support HR processes/projects/programs.

Essential Functions

• Plans, analyzes, implements and communicates HR solutions, activities, and/or programs.
• Ensures maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness in recommended solutions.
• Delivers HR services within a specific department or geographical area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong organization, planning, human relations, analytical, and communication skills. An advanced degree may offset two years of the experience requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-CP and/or SHRM-SCP certification preferred Experience in HR with investigations preferred.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month Colorado Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,444.28/month New York Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $10,898.39/month New York City Pay Range: $7,882.48/month - $10,898.39/month
