MultiTracks.com is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. In this role, you'll support the execution of design projects that inspire worship teams worldwide, working closely with our product, marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling visuals that reflect our mission and values.

What You'll Do

· Create and adapt design versions based on provided sizing, brand guidelines, and creative direction across various platforms including social media, email, paid media, and events.

· Collaborate with Brand Managers from different global regions to version designs that meet localized needs while maintaining brand consistency.

· Utilize and adapt existing design templates for various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

· Export and organize final design files, ensuring all assets are properly formatted and accessible to the team.

· Update and implement copy changes as supplied by the marketing and content teams.

· Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and the ideation process for new campaigns and initiatives.

· Take creative ownership of lighter assignments such as social media holiday posts and podcast graphics, developing your design voice within the brand's aesthetic.

· Design assets for conferences, webinars, and special events that support our worship team community.

· Maintain organized design files and asset libraries for easy team access and collaboration.

· Stay current on design trends and best practices to continuously elevate our creative output.

Requirements

·1-3 years of experience or education in Graphic Design and Creative Design.

· Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a must.

· Strong understanding of designing for social, email, paid media and ads, as well as events and conferences.

· Self starter and eager to jump in, learn and create awesome work.

· Excellent communication and project management skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· Passion for serving worship teams and understanding their unique needs.

Bonus Points

· Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software

· Experience playing on a worship team

· Familiarity with MultiTracks.com's ecosystem of products
