Job Summary and Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY: Efficient and cost-effective coordinate all aspects of the Contract Compliance process for Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare, allowing timely resolution of requested contracts by keeping Director advised of all potential issues that relate to contract compliance. Initiates, drafts, and obtains signatures of principal parties for physician agreements and miscellaneous agreements for the Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare. Maintains and keeps all current contract logs and assists with contract compliance audits. Maintains proactive atmosphere and an effective reporting process that identifies problem areas, renewal dates, and/or timeliness of completion.
POPULATION SERVED:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain various contract compliance logs (ex. contracts logs, status logs, etc.)
- Complete and maintain all “RIs” Reportable Issues relating to contracts.
- Initiate and draft all miscellaneous contracts.
- Assist with initiating and drafting Physician contracts.
- Coordinates contract distribution and records maintenance including but not limited to all filing.
- Performs a wide variety of special tasks and related duties to contract compliance services as assigned by Director.
- Answer telephone, screen visitors and respond to questions exercising discretion and judgment.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, conference calls, activates and facilitates including meeting room if applicable.
- Coordinates all Market CFO, VP of Human Resource and Public Affairs Officer travel arrangements for out of town meetings to include monthly expense reports.
- Other duties assigned administrative/contract compliance.
- Demonstrates Customer Service principles and behaviors consistent with Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare.
