Quality Document Administrator
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Document Administrator to join our team in Houston, TX, 77003. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our quality documentation. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a knack for managing documents, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Review and update quality documents, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Coordinate document control processes, including version control and distribution of documents.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections by ensuring all quality documents are up to date.
- Provide training and support to staff on document management systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality documentation aligns with operational needs.
- Monitor and report on the status of quality documentation and suggest improvements as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in document control or quality assurance roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) is a plus.
