Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with established care protocols
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required for the state of Texas
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
• Must obtain a permanent Texas state license; compact licensure may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
