Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, energetic Barback to support our bar team during service. This role is critical to the flow and efficiency of the bar. You ll ensure bartenders have everything they need to execute at a high level while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and speed behind the bar.

Responsibilities

• Stock and restock beer, wine, spirits, syrups, garnishes, and glassware
  

• Prepare fresh juices, batched cocktails, and house syrups
  

• Maintain ice wells and ensure consistent ice supply
  

• Polish and restock glassware throughout service
  

• Keep bar stations clean, organized, and fully set
  

• Assist with keg changes and basic bar maintenance
  

• Support bartenders during high-volume service
  

• Take initiative in anticipating the team s needs
  

• Follow all health and safety standards
  

Qualifications

• Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
  

• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
  

• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
  

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  

• Interest in learning about cocktails, spirits, and wine
