- Teach scheduled group exercise classes with high energy and clear instruction
- Deliver complete classes including warm up, workout, and cool down
- Cue safe movement and offer modifications for all fitness levels
- Arrive early to prepare music, equipment, and class space
- Engage members before and after class to build participation
- Track class attendance and communicate with club leadership
- Represent the Retro Fitness brand in a positive and professional manner
- Current CPR and AED certification required
- Group Exercise Certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Experience teaching group classes preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Ability to move small equipment such as mats, steps, and dumbbells
