Location-Type: Houston, TX (4 days onsite)
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: 8 month contract (through end of 2026)
Compensation Range: $45-55/hr W2

- Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to join our Technology team on a contract basis in Houston, TX. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the analysis, documentation, and delivery of technology solutions that support enterprise business initiatives. This is a high-impact, hands-on role supporting systems development, enhancements, and implementation efforts across the organization.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to act as a liaison between technical staff and business owners, translating business needs into actionable requirements
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications
- Demonstrated experience formulating test plans in partnership with QA teams and coordinating business user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Hands-on experience with systems development lifecycle (SDLC), implementation, upgrades, and related analysis
- Proficiency in business analyst methodologies, system design and analysis
- Experience managing project documentation repositories and maintaining project documentation libraries
- Ability to lead project teams through UAT and drive business user acceptance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review progress and evaluate results for accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
