Supply Chain Manager
- Drive plant materials, planning, and procurement strategy aligned with global Repair & Maintenance objectives
- Maximize service levels while meeting inventory goals through effective distribution planning
- Analyze current inventories and procedures to increase supply chain efficiency and on-time delivery
- Monitor supplier performance and identify/qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
- Develop and report on key KPIs related to overall supply chain performance
- Lead cross-functional teams in support of strategic initiatives within supply chain and across Manufacturing
- Collaborate with order management, sales, production managers, and suppliers to support business objectives
- Identify opportunities and implement action plans to increase efficiencies and decrease costs
- Ensure all supply chain processes meet legal requirements and company standards
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection standards
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
- Strong product and market knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Effective leadership and communication skills with all stakeholders
- Financial accountability and budget management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
- Oil & Gas industry supply chain experience
- Supply Chain Management certification - APICS/ASCM
- MBA or Master's Degree in a relevant field
