This is an extraordinary opportunity for an experienced luxury lease-up General Manager to join the team behind the most prestigious and tallest high-rise in Texas. We are seeking a polished service-driven individual who brings a strong blend of multifamily expertise boutique hotel or hospitality experience and exposure to commercial operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced ultra-luxury environment and is passionate about delivering best-in-class service from pre-leasing through stabilization.
What a Typical Day Could Look Like
As a General Manager youll be the driving force behind the success of our luxury high-rise community. You will oversee all aspects of community management including resident relations team leadership financial performance and property maintenance. Every day will bring a dynamic blend of leadership resident interaction and operational strategy making this a rewarding role for those who thrive on challenges and the satisfaction of exceeding expectations.

You are the Resident Expert!
- Tackle resident concerns complaints and issues swiftly ensuring top-tier satisfaction and creating a vibrant harmonious living environment!
- Partner with the Assistant General Manager to drive resident retention keeping communication open and building lasting relationships that foster a true sense of community.
- Curate and host exclusive resident events and dynamic lifestyle programs cultivating a tight-knit community and a unique sense of belonging!
You are the Financial Specialist!
- Manage budget preparation financial reporting and community income flow ensuring the financial health and stability of the community.
- Maximize net operating income (NOI) while ensuring a positive resident and associate experience achieving both financial success and resident satisfaction!
- Maintain precise financial records and uphold top-tier integrity with strict accounting standards!
- Analyze financial data spot trends and make smart recommendations to boost performance and efficiency!

Requirements
Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- 5-6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or a related hospitality field.
- Must have Luxury High Rise experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of multifamily professionals (at least 2 years of experience).
- Associates degree bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in relevant software and technology (property management systems etc.).
- CAM or IREM certifications are highly desirable.
- Must have a valid drivers license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
