Application Analyst II

LaSalle Network is hiring for an EPIC Application Analyst II to support a large, multi-regional healthcare organization’s portfolio of clinical and back-office applications. This Epic Application Analyst II will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for medium- to high-complexity systems and play a key role in ensuring continuity of care through stable, high-performing clinical applications. This is a contract role with extension potential and the opportunity to convert.

The EPIC Application Analyst II role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment and brings hands-on experience supporting third-party clinical applications, including cardiology, radiology, lab systems, PACS, Sleep Lab (Cadwell) and PFT (Breeze Suite).

What’s the job?

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for a broad portfolio of clinical and back-office systems

• Support third-party clinical applications across cardiology, radiology, lab, PACS, Sleep Lab (Cadwell) and PFT (Breeze Suite)

• Manage incidents and problems using ITIL-based service management processes

• Respond to and support SEV 1 and SEV 2 application outages within SLA requirements

• Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 application availability

• Document incidents, workarounds and resolutions in call tracking and knowledge databases

• Recommend preventative controls to reduce recurring incidents

What’s needed?

• Bachelor’s degree (proof of education required)

• Experience as an Application Analyst II or similar clinical application support role

• Hands-on experience supporting third-party clinical healthcare applications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
