ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCaBA)
We’re hiring an ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCaBA) to support the delivery and supervision of ABA services for pediatric clients. This role works closely under a BCBA and serves as a clinical bridge between Registered Behavior Technicians and supervising clinicians to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and monitor ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision
- Support data collection, analysis, and session planning
- Train, mentor, and provide in-session modeling and feedback to RBTs
- Assist with client intake assessments and baseline data collection
- Prepare progress summaries, session notes, and treatment updates as approved
- Collaborate with BCBAs on case reviews, parent training, and staff development
- Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and school/community partners
- Complete additional clinical duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCaBA certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or behavioral health
- Strong communication, coaching, and instructional skills
- Proficiency with ABA data collection and reporting systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
