Graduate of an accredited medical school and Residency Program in specialty. Current Board Certification or Eligibility (if within 2 years of graduation).
A record clean of malpractice and no adverse or disciplinary actions against your license. Licensed to practice medicine in Texas (active or in process)
Compensation/Benefits
Our intention is to recruit physicians for promotion to shareholder (Partnership) status. Our group is unique in that new and senior shareholders have equal status. Governance of the group is democratic.
All group officers are practicing physicians and are elected by shareholders (Partners).
Shareholders are compensated by a profit sharing plan. Shareholder compensation is significantly higher than that of physician employees.
In addition, Shareholders get 6 weeks paid time off annually. The major benefit is the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of physicians who are interested in delivering high quality health care.
